As Head of Business Development for 1st & Main Growth Partners, Camille Rudge cultivates relationships and identifies business opportunities, focusing on the launch of our 1st & Main Alpha Hedge Fund. She ensures investor and client needs are met, supporting overall growth.

Previously, Camille founded the capital markets business at CIBC Bank USA (The PrivateBank) and led financial markets businesses as Corporate Managing Director, ABN AMRO Bank N.A., including expanding the derivatives offering for LaSalle Bank N.A. and European American Bank. Camille also established the foreign exchange franchise at Old Kent Bank and served as Director of Continuing Education at the University of Notre Dame.

She holds degrees from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management (M.B.A., Finance) and Bucknell University (B.S., Computer Science). She also serves on the boards of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and St. Francis High School and, previously, The Chicago Children’s Museum.
