As Partner & Chief Sourcing Officer, Richard Hein (“Rick”) spearheads the research and analysis of portfolio companies to identify and develop new investment opportunities, arrange exits, and wind-up funds. Subsequently, he effectively managed accounting, portfolio performance processes, all while managing various operational responsibilities.

He began his banking career at Michigan Avenue National Bank of Chicago and subsequently joined First Colonial after its acquisition of Michigan Avenue where he managed investment portfolios, accounting systems and reporting, and operational systems.

He holds degrees from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.) and DePaul University (B.A. in Accounting), and is a certified public accountant.
