Vonise Blanc assists the Chief Compliance Officer in all functions, specifically updating the compliance manual and writing the annual compliance report. Vonise is also responsible for completing the day-to-day settlement process, coordinating the process between 1st & Main and JP Morgan Chase & Co., the firm’s custodian. She also manages and maintains some of the investment performance databases and is responsible for the administrative duties of the Palm Beach office.

Prior to joining 1st & Main, Vonise worked for Engineered Tax Services as a Quality Control Accountant, performing accounting duties along with quality control checks for IRS tax forms and schedules. Previously, Vonise worked for Florida Crystals as an accounts payable specialist and Cemex as a payroll specialist.

She holds a degree from Florida Atlantic University (B.B.A. in Finance and minor in Accounting).
