As Vice President for the Fintech Funds, William Moore (“Will”) sources and generates new investment ideas; supports due diligence on potential investments, and focuses on portfolio construction. Will also supports fundraising efforts and other LP-focused matters. He is on the Board of Directors for iQpay and a Board Observer for Verdata and Thrive Financial.

Prior to joining 1st & Main, Will worked for the Madison Square Garden Company on the Corporate Development & Strategy team from August 2015 to February 2022. He focused on the growth of Madison Square Garden Company’s portfolio of venues, teams, and brands via internal strategic optimizations and external acquisitions. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo on the Consumer, Healthcare, and Gaming coverage team from June 2014 to August 2015.

He holds a degree from Yale University (B.A. in Economics).
